Refunds
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of your service purchase. To be eligible, no snow removal service must have been performed.
Once we receive and review your request, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
No refunds will be issued after the first snowfall where we have completed a service visit.
Please allow several days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank's processing time.
