What area do you service? Rockland area only for now.
Contract terms? From November 1st, 2025 to April 1, 2026
Do you offer any discounts? Yes. The early bird pricing is available until October 3rd, 2025.
The essential worker rebate is available until the 2025-2026 season is underway.
Do you clear walkways?Yes, we offer this service for an additional fee. Please note that we have a 24-hour window to clear the snow from your sidewalk / walkway.
Cyclone minimum snowfall before providing service? The minimum snowfall is 5cm before providing services.
Is Cyclone insured? Yes Cyclone is insured with commercial general liability insured of $2,000,000.
Does Cyclone have customer reference? Yes we do. It will be a pleasure to give our costumer list that volunteered their names and phone numbers.
Do you salt & sand in case of freezing rain and ice accumulation?No it is the client responsibility to salt or sand their driveway. The contract is only for snow removal.
Do you use plows or snowblowers?We use compact tractors specially made for residential driveways only, equipped with a snow blower with a teflon back blade. The width of the snowblower is 80 inches, which gives Cyclone drivers the flexibility to place the snow evenly on your property without making big banks at the end of your entrance.
I have a water valve standpipe in my driveway?If standpipe water valve cap in your driveway is raised, it is the home owner responsibility to contact the city of Clarence-Rockland at 613.446.6022 to request that they send a service technician to adjust the water valve cap to the level of your driveway asphalt.
